What is the turnaround time for custom DTF transfers?
Most orders are processed and printed within 24 to 48 hours. Once shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
We recommend high-resolution PNG files with a transparent background (300 DPI). We also accept PDF, AI, and EPS files for your custom designs.
How do I apply the DTF transfers to my garments?
Apply using a heat press at 300°F-320°F for 12-15 seconds with medium-to-firm pressure. Allow the film to cool completely before peeling (cold peel), then repress for 5 seconds.
Can I use an iron to apply the transfers?
For professional and long-lasting results, we highly recommend using a commercial heat press. Household irons often lack the consistent heat and pressure required for a proper bond.
What is your return policy for custom orders?
Due to the personalized nature of custom DTF prints, we do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Do you offer bulk discounts for large orders?
Yes, we offer tiered pricing for bulk orders and wholesale accounts. The discount is automatically applied in the cart based on the quantity of transfers ordered.
