At Kingdom DTF, we strive for perfection in every print, but if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and defective items. Please note that custom-printed transfers are only eligible for return if there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that DTF transfers are kept flat and protected from moisture or creasing.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
